Yum, yummm! Just finished a big bowl of this as a part of my 7-Day Cleanse & Reboot! I sprinkled some hemp seeds on top for a little nuttiness and texture. For those of you not familiar with hemp seeds, they are delicious and GREAT to add to soups, salads, veggie sides, smoothies, and yogurt.

Like flax, hemp is a high protein seed, with a balanced ratio of omega 3 to 6 fats, fiber, and vitamin E! Unlike some other protein sources, hemp protein is very easily digested, which means for you, that you won’t feel bloated after eating it, but rather strong and energized!
