I’m on Day 2 of my 7-Day Cleanse & Reboot clean-eating cleanse, and feeling great! I had plenty of energy to workout both days and the recipes have kept me more than full. I also notice my holiday belly is flattening down. 🙂 It also doesn’t hurt that I get to eat delicious recipes like pumpkin pie smoothies.

Below is the recipe for the pumpkin pie smoothie I had this morning (that’s part of the cleanse!).

  • 1 cups almond milk
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (home-made or canned)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and allspice)
  • 1 frozen banana or 2 tsp raw honey
  • Few cubes of ice
  1. Combine all ingredients in blender
  2. Blend until smooth
