Below is the recipe for the pumpkin pie smoothie I had this morning (that’s part of the cleanse!).

- 1 cups almond milk
- 1/2 cup pumpkin puree (home-made or canned)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin spice (cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and allspice)
- 1 frozen banana or 2 tsp raw honey
- Few cubes of ice
- Combine all ingredients in blender
- Blend until smooth
