A Little About Me

Hi there!

My name is Jennie Fagen. I’m a Board Certified Health Coach, and I’m NOT like your average Nutritionist or Dietician. 

On my own health journey, I tried everything from calorie counting to adamant gym-going, but I was looking for more than a quick fix or a diet book. I wanted to make lifelong changes.

This happened for me when I attended the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I was always interested in health, but when I graduated as a certified health coach, I wanted to create a program that would help people take small steps towards lifelong, sustainable changes.

My desire is to help you with living a practical and healthy lifestyle where I teach you how to manage your stress, your weight, and hold you accountable to commit to the version of yourself that is 100% in your power.

I understand that everyone has different needs and I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals.
